1. About the service

RideNovo provides online information tools including: AI two-wheeler buyback estimates, electric vehicle subsidy look-up, installment calculator, fault-diagnosis assistant and dealer connection. We act as an intermediary platform; all purchase and sale transactions are concluded directly between you and our partner dealers.

2. Conditions of use

By using the Platform you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and not submit false or fraudulent data.
• Not use the Platform for automated commercial purposes, scraping or technical interference.
• Not upload content that violates Vietnamese law or the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Not create fake accounts or use the Platform on behalf of another person without authorisation.

3. Limitation of liability

AI buyback estimates, subsidy figures and installment calculations are for reference only. RideNovo does not guarantee their absolute accuracy and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on these figures without independent verification at a dealership.

RideNovo is not a party to any transaction between users and dealers. All disputes regarding vehicle value, warranty and payment are between you and the dealer.

4. Intellectual property

All content, interfaces, AI models and databases on the Platform belong to RideNovo or its licensors. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only; any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation requires prior written consent.

5. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect immediately upon publication. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by the competent authority in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

7. Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if there is evidence of breach of these Terms or behaviour that harms the Platform or other users.
